Installing the OS/2 Drivers
1. Make sure your OS/2 system is set to standard VGA. To check:
a. Open the OS/2 System folder.
b. Double click on the System Setup icon.
c. Double click on the System icon, making sure the Screen
tab is selected and that the Screen Resolution list has only one
listing. It should be 640x480x16.
d. If the Screen Resolution list shows 640x480x16, then you are
running in standard VGA mode and can skip to step 8; otherwise, go
to step 2.
2. Right click once anywhere on the desktop and select Shut Down.
3. After the dialog box appears that states it is OK to reboot or
turn off the system, reboot the computer.

Rising the Dough
1) Cover the dough with a clean cloth;
2) While you wash the bowl out, dry and lightly grease the mixing
bowl;
3) Replace the dough in mixing bowl, smooth side down, and turn to
lightly grease the top to prevent the it from drying out;
4) Cover the bowl with a towel and put in a draft-free place at a
temperature of 80 degrees to 85 degrees Fahrenheit;
5) In a cool kitchen, place bowl in an unheated oven with a large
pan of hot water on the shelf below, replenishing water as it cool.

Punching or Stirring Down the Dough
Once the bread dough has risen, you ready to "punch"
or "stir" it down.
1. When the dough has doubled in bulk, it is punched
down by hand; batters are stirred down.
2. To punch down dough, push your fist deep into the
center of the dough, pull edges to the center, and
turn the dough over.
3. The batter should be stirred with a wooden until it
has fallen to about its original size.
